i've been dieting for years but still gained weight because of an undiagnosed thyroid/adrenal problem. i'm in treatment now and on medication and ready to get my life back. but because of my medical conditions my diet has to be more extreme than the average person's. i'd love to make contacts/friends here to discuss dieting/goals and to help keep me on track.

Just wanted to update my before and after.  First pic was taken the day I got my puppy, the second earlier today :)  Looking back at old photos…has been a bit shocking.  I’m in such a better place, physically and mentally, than I was a couple of years ago.  I still have more to go, but I’m happy for the first time in a long time :)

I’ve been so distracted lately, but somehow that worked in my favor, since I’ve lost weight!  The weight has been so stubborn lately.  But hopefully its starting to budge.

Lost 10 lbs since Sunday:

Yeah, I know some of that is just going to be water weight.  But I feel so much better.  This is the best feeling, its intoxicating…so worth it.
