Just wanted to update my before and after. First pic was taken the day I got my puppy, the second earlier today :) Looking back at old photos…has been a bit shocking. I’m in such a better place, physically and mentally, than I was a couple of years ago. I still have more to go, but I’m happy for the first time in a long time :)
I’ve been so distracted lately, but somehow that worked in my favor, since I’ve lost weight! The weight has been so stubborn lately. But hopefully its starting to budge.

Yeah, I know some of that is just going to be water weight. But I feel so much better. This is the best feeling, its intoxicating…so worth it.

Your health regimen should be 20% exercise, and 80% diet. There’s no point in busting your butt at the gym if you’re just gonna shove a cheeseburger in it later! xoxo
